Ingredients
- 2 cups plain yogurt or Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp orange, apple, lemon or lime juice
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp stevia (or 1/2 tsp honey)
- Fresh fruits for dipping – Pineapple, apple slices, kiwi, pear, etc.
Instructions
- Place the plain yogurt (or Greek yogurt) in a bowl and add all other ingredients except fresh fruits.
- Mix well, cover it and then refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
- The dip is ready to be used. You can put it alongside fresh seasonal fruits; it will for sure make them more delicious to eat!
