Faculty Recruitment

Outstanding faculty are the foundation of the University, School and Department's ability to achieve its mission, as well as establish and maintain its reputation. One of the most critical roles the Chair has is to identify the Department's faculty needs, identify outstanding candidates, and lead and assist in the Department's recruitment activities.
