Succession Planning

Succession planning is critical to the organization's long-term well-being. One of the Chairs responsibilities is to assist in identifying faculty who demonstrate the characteristics to become part of the next generation of leaders. In doing so, the Chair should look for opportunities for these faculty members to assume and develop their leadership and managerial skills.
