2025 Spring Faculty Meeting scheduled for Friday, May 9

The School of Medicine Spring Faculty Meeting will be held on Friday, May 9, at noon via Zoom. Attendance is important as the School of Medicine faculty will approve Class of 2025 graduates for the M.D. degree and all professional programs.

The agenda will be as follows:

• LCME visit follow-up and M.D. curriculum update: Scott Cottrell, Ed.D. -- 10 minutes
• Health Professions and undergraduate programs update: Mary Beth Mandich, Ph.D., PT or Azalea Hulbert, Ph.D. -- 10 minutes
• M.D. admissions update: Linda Nield, M.D. -- 5 minutes
• Graduate Medical Education updates: Sarah Sofka, M.D. -- 10 minutes
• Regional campus updates -- Charleston:  James Campbell, M.D. -- 5 minutes
• Regional campus updates -- Eastern: Richard (Tom) Thomas, M.D. -- 5 minutes
• Presentation of M.D. Degree candidates: Norman Ferrari, M.D. -- 5 minutes
• Presentation of Health Professions and undergraduate programs candidates: Mandich -- 10 minutes
