Nursing staff named to 2017 Pivotal Leadership Academy

Kayla Cuppett, RN, Coordinator Preceptor Ambulatory Nursing, Tyonna Jones, RN Coordinator Preceptor Ambulatory Nursing, and Nicki Thorn, RN, Staff RN, have been chosen to participate and become members of WVU Medicine-WVU Hospitals’ 2017 Pivotal Leadership Academy (PLA) have been announced.

This program is facilitated by the WVUH Center for Education and Organizational Development. The PLA helps high-performing employees develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence to become future leaders within the organization. The program broadens participants' leadership skills and strengthens their capacity to lead, while helping them establish a path for success.
