The Mountain State Conference on Disabilities save the date, sponsor and vendor info

The Mountain State Conference on Disabilities is hosted by disability partners across the state including the WVU Center for Excellence in Disabilities, the West Virginia Developmental Disabilities Council and Disability Rights of WV. This year's conference will take place on September 18-19, 2025 at the Waterfront Place Hotel in Morgantown, WV.

This conference will explore strategies and services that support people with disabilities of all ages and their families by focusing on ways to improve care, communication and self-determination through best practices. It will also highlight the lived experiences of people with disabilities, their caregivers and families.

Sessions will be geared towards the following audiences: self-advocates; people with lived experience; family, siblings and caregivers; students; professionals including direct service providers, therapists and medical providers; educators; policy makers; and researchers.

Sponsorship and Vendor opportunities:

Interested organizations can sign up for sponsorship options and in-person vendor opportunities by using the conference's Eventbrite page and following the instructions below:

Instructions for sponsor/vendor registration through Eventbrite:

1. Click the link above to go to the MSCD Eventbrite page.
2. Select the box in the top right that says "Get tickets".
3. Under "Tickets", add one to the "Vendor or Sponsorship ONLY" ticket by using the "+". This is a free option that allows you to select a sponsor or vendor package as an add-on.
4. Under "Add-ons", select the sponsorship or vendor package that suits your needs by adding them using the "+".
5. Once you've selected your package(s), select "Check out".
6. Enter your contact and payment information. Credit, debit, PayPal, and Google Play are all accepted. There is also a separate option for checks.

Sponsorship options:

• Sponsorship of keynote presentation: $500
  Company logo/name will be listed on conference signage, conference app (Guidebook) and outside of keynote session.
• Sponsorship of session: $300
  Company logo/name will be listed on conference signage, conference application and outside of session room.
• Sponsorship of snack break: $250
  Company logo/name will be listed on conference signage and larger sign on snack table.
• Pre-conference email blast: $150
  Company logo/name will be listed on pre-conference email blast sent to all conference registrants.
• Organizations can also donate products for conference attendees and/or give a different sponsorship amount that fits their needs.

Vendor options:

In-person attendance at Vendor Hall on 9/18//25 and 9/19/25. All options include skirted table and two chairs.

• Non-profit exhibitors: $60
  Special rate for our non-profit partners.
• Silver Package: $100
  Permission to distribute company promotional material and/or samples, and to sell merchandise at booth during both days of the conference. Company logo/name featured on conference signage.
• Gold Package: $300
  Includes all benefits of Silver Package listed above plus company name listed on conference app (Guidebook).
• Platinum Package: $500
  Includes all benefits of Gold Package above plus conference registration included for two attendees.
