Ingredients
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1/2 cup almonds, finely chopped (almond meal works too)
- 1 tsp garlic or onion powder
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of ground black pepper
- 1 egg
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 F degrees. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper, or spray baking sheet well with cooking spray.
- In one small bowl, mix ground almonds (or almond meal), garlic (or onion) powder, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. In another small bowl, whisk the egg.
- Dip each piece of fish into the egg mixture, coat completely in almond mixture and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 - 15 minutes or until golden brown.
