Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 4 10-inch whole wheat wraps
- 1 15 oz can chickpeas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 tomatoes
- Caesar dressing
Instructions
- Drain chickpeas.
- Lay out tortilla
- Layer romaine lettuce, tomatoes, 1 hard-boiled egg and 1/2 cup chickpeas in middle of tortilla.
- Drizzle Caesar dressing over top and roll tortilla up into a wrap.
- Repeat for remaining 3 wraps.
