Homemade Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast; boneless, skinless
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 5 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of cumin
  • 2 tbsp of chili powder 
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp of paprika
  • 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Mix together marinade and mix.
  3. Slice chicken and vegetables into thin strips.
  4. Coat chicken and vegetables in marinade and put in plastic bags, 1/2 marinade for chicken and 1/2 for vegetables.
  5. Let chicken and vegetables marinade.
  6. Bake about 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and veggies are tender.
  7. Assemble Fajitas.
