Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast; boneless, skinless
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 onion
- Juice of 1 lime
- 5 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 tbsp of cumin
- 2 tbsp of chili powder
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp of paprika
- 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Mix together marinade and mix.
- Slice chicken and vegetables into thin strips.
- Coat chicken and vegetables in marinade and put in plastic bags, 1/2 marinade for chicken and 1/2 for vegetables.
- Let chicken and vegetables marinade.
- Bake about 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and veggies are tender.
- Assemble Fajitas.
