Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 5 tbsp raw cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp canned coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp erythritol
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch stevia
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine skinned, pitted avocados with all other ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until smooth. Alternatively, you may mash all ingredients together “by hand” (with a common kitchen utensil) until smooth. Serve and enjoy.
