Ingredients
- 1 8 oz container of regular cream cheese
- 8 oz heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon and nutmeg)
- 1/2 tsp stevia or more to taste (can use small amount of honey if not eating lower carb)
- Fruit of your preference
Instructions
- Beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy in a bowl with 1/2 tsp of stevia (or to taste for sweetness).
- Beat 8oz of heavy whipping cream in a separate with the vanilla until light and fluffy.
- Fold in the whipped cream mixture, the pumpkin puree and the pumpkin pie spice into the cream cheese mixture until mixed well. Add stevia to taste for desired sweetness.
- Serve with your favorite fruit like apples or strawberries.
