Radiology
The Radiology rotation is a two week experience in your first year. The reality is that radiological education occurs throughout every one of your rotations in residency. This rotation acts an anchor to tie your learning together.
The rotation will be held in the Radiology Department and you will be assigned to a Radiology staff member to view common diagnostic imaging with various viewing modalities such as X-Ray, CT scan, MRI, Ultrasound and PET imaging. You also have the opportunity to work with Radiologists with specific focus areas including musculoskeletal, chest, abdomen, brain/neurology, pediatrics and emergency imaging.
