Residency Verification Request

The Internal Medicine Residency Program at West Virginia University has an administrative processing fee of $75.00 per verification request.

Before submitting payment, please contact our program at IMVerification@hsc.wvu.edu to confirm that a physician has participated in the Internal Medicine Residency Program at WVU in Morgantown. Please note that we are only able to complete verifications for physicians who participate in our program. If a physician participated in a residency program at WVU Camden Clark or WVU Charleston, you will need to contact those programs directly. 

To request completion of an Internship or Residency verification, please click here to submit payment by credit card. Note, you will receive a receipt immediately upon completion of payment. Processing will not begin until payment and the release of information for the physician have been received. The verification and release forms are to be emailed to IMVerification@hsc.wvu.edu. 

Due to signature requirements, please allow 3-7 days for completion of each verification. If a form requires an institutional seal, please allow an additional two days for processing. All proceeds that are collected are utilized for educational initiatives in our residency program.
