WVU Positive Health Clinic
The WVUPHC is a Ryan White Part C (Early Intervention Services) and Part D (Women and Youth) funded clinic that provides state-of-the-art, comprehensive, primary HIV care services to HIV positive patients in the northern 33 counties of north-central, eastern West Virginia (a mountainous region that lies completely within Appalachia) and regions of adjacent states. We provide services to a largely rural, impoverished, medically underserved area where access to care is limited.
