How to Apply

Application Information

Thank you for your interest in the Neuroradiology Fellowship at West Virginia University! Our program participates in the NRMP Neuroradiology Match program. Applications are reviewed and interviews scheduled according to the common recruitment season schedule established by the ASNR. The applicant requires either a WV state license or a WV training license, be a US citizen or hold appropriate visas and satisfy entry criteria as determined by the ACGME.

Application Requirements

  1. Applications are accepted through ERAS only
  2. Curriculum vitae
  3. Personal statement
  4. Three letters of recommendation
  5. Photocopy of the Dean’s letter from your medical school or ECFMG certificate
  6. USMLE board scores
