Pediatric Electives
Hospitalist (PGY-4), Surgical Subspecialties, Anesthesia/Procedures
Miscellaneous (Combined) Electives:
Palliative Care, Radiology, Dermatology, Sports Medicine, Research, International Rotation, Student Health, Addiction Medicine, Clinical Informatics
PGY-1 and PGY- 4 residents rotate between the specialties in 3 month blocks
PGY-2 and PGY-3 residents rotate between the specialties in 4 month blocks
Continuity Clinic:
At West Virginia University, residents rotate on an alternating week basis, between the Internal Medicine and Pediatrics clinics. Through these clinics, residents are able to provide high quality comprehensive care for patients of all ages.
