Combining outstanding clinical investigation with basic science

All surgical divisions have faculty mentors interested in supporting residents and students performing specialized research

Our faculty conduct research in critical care, trauma, surgical oncology, bariatric, plastics and general surgery.  Monthly research meetings are held to support the clinical and translational research by faculty and residents.
