Education and Conferences

Doctor teaching fellow during lecture

  • Didactic conferences are held weekly
  • Journal Club is held once a month
  • WVCTSI Fellows Research Academy is held twice monthly
  • Clinical & Simulated Case Conferences are held frequently throughout the year
  • Board Review Conference is once a month
  • Division Teaching Sessions are held once a monthly
  • Internal Medicine Grand Rounds is held every Friday 12-1pm

All fellows will be encouraged to attend one professional conference per year which can include the Annual Assembly of Hospice and Palliative Medicine. Educational stipend provided to all fellows for educational travel/conferences and educational resources.
