Curriculum

Each intern will be involved in two one-year-long major rotations along with their general outpatient services: assessment, and integrated primary care. Interns will spend one day per week on each of these rotations. In addition, interns will have the opportunity to spend one half-a-day per week with a minor focus in another area based on their interests. Examples of minor focuses include but are not limited to the following:

  • Evidence-based trauma treatment (i.e. CPT, TF-CBT, etc.)
  • Integrated and specialty care
  • Family therapy
  • Diversity and advocacy
  • Diagnosis and treatment of personality disorders

The internship begins each year on July 1. Hospital orientation generally occurs on the third Monday and Tuesday of June. Interns are expected to attend and will be compensated for this activity.
