Why West Virginia University? To me WVU has the perfect combination of academic and rural medicine exposure. Serving such an underserved, diverse population is definitely a privilege. The robust pulmonary and critical care exposure really drew me in and the friendly collegial supportive environment sealed the deal.

Future career plan: Academic practice

Favorite thing about Morgantown: Morgantown is beautiful- lots of outdoor activities, great scenery, safe and has a vibrant college environment with a lot of diversity.

One word to describe the program: Supportive
