Conferences

  • Didactic conferences are held weekly on Tuesdays 7:30am-9:30am
  • Journal Club is held the 1st and 3rd Tuesday 12pm-1pm
  • WVCTSI Fellows Research Academy is held twice monthly
  • Clinical Case Conference
  • Board Review Conference is held Thursdays 12 pm-1pm 
  • WV AACE
  • ECHO is held the 2nd and 4th Wednesday 12pm-1pm
  • Morbidity and Mortality Conference is held quarterly 
  • Internal Medicine Grand Rounds is held every Friday 8am-9am

All fellows will be encouraged to attend one professional conference per year which can include ENDO, AACE, American Thyroid Association, or American Diabetes Association. Both first- and second-year fellows will attend Endocrine University. All fellows are encouraged to submit an abstract for oral or poster presentation consideration at any of the above conferences.
