TIME SENSITIVE - FAFSA! If you have not submitted your 17-18 FAFSA, do so IMMEDIATELY so as to ensure your Fall Aid. Processing Delays may occur due to peak time. If you require a Graduate PLUS loan, complete the application on www.studentloans.gov. Only Fall and Spring applications are currently being processed. INTERESTED IN MINDFULNESS? There is a Mindful Wellness Retreat on Saturday, August 19, 2017. The session will be held at the WVU Student Recreation Center from 8 am to 5 pm. COMMUNITY SERVICE – Dr. Mark Cucuzzella and Dr. Ryan McCarthy will be conducting physicals for the Middle School Cross Country on Tues., Aug. 22nd, 6-8pm, at North Middle School in Martinsburg. Need medical students to assist with physicals and distribute HPV information. If you are interested in assisting, please contact the Eastern Student Services office: 304-596-6312.

ERAS PREP – Please start working on your personal statements and be thinking about your writers for letters of recommendation. If you have not already scheduled your conference with Dr. Cannarella, contact Michelle Alder (alderm@wvumedicine.org) as soon as possible to schedule it.
ERAS TRANSCRIPT – Be sure to check your unofficial transcript for any discrepancies before ordering your ERAS transcript. You CANNOT order the transcript electronically. Please return the form, along with a money order for payment, to Jane Horst in the Eastern Student Services office.
