THIS WEEK! -   WELLNESS – MORGANTOWN CAMPUS MATCH WEEK:   Join the Class of 2017 Morgantown Campus as they celebrate the announcement of their residency program! 

LAST CALL - SPECIAL $5,000.00 SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY for those desiring to practice FMED in WV.  The Family Medicine Foundation of WV offers two scholarships each year.  ESP Scholarship and Tully Scholarship.  Deadline March 20. 

NEXT WEEK! - TALENT SHOWMonday, March 20th 6:30 pm, Okey Patteson Aud.  Tickets available for purchase in Student Services Office for $5.00.  They will be $7.00 at the door.  All proceeds will go to WVU Children’s Hospital.

NEW STUDY ABROAD TRAVEL AWARD:  In honor of the legacy of long-time staff member in WVU’s Global Health Program, the Global Engagement Office (GEO) at Health Sciences is pleased to announce that the application period for the Nancy Sanders Memorial Student Travel Grant and the Nancy Sanders Memorial Faculty Research Abroad Grant is now open.  The Global Engagement Office recognizes that securing funds for global health trips, rotations or missions can be challenging. Thus, the Global Engagement Office offers up to 5 awards, valued at $2,000.00 each, to assist students who are committed to improving and advancing global health at the Health Sciences Center and abroad. Study Abroad Travel Award Application 

in-Training (in-training.org), the online magazine for medical students, is looking for medical students of all class years to submit articles and essays about their experiences in medicine for peer-edited online publication. We are also accepting applications for medical student editors, a managing editor, social media managers, and graphic designers.
