Click here to access the FALL 2016 STUDENT HEALTH INSURANCE WAIVER. Once completed and approved, the Fall 2016 student health insurance waiver opts the student out of the WVU Aetna student health insurance plan for the 2016-2017 academic year. Eligible students without an approved waiver on file by the waiver deadline of July 27th will be automatically enrolled in the WVU Aetna plan at a cost of $791 per semester.

FALL REGISTRATION still not complete?  Class email instructions were sent May 27.  Complete ASAP to avoid delayed processing.  Contact your Campus Student Services Office with questions.

Jun. 17, Fri- End of Semester, Lunch with the Deans following the end of the exams. 
Please remember to bring your $12 money order for your ERAS transcript. 
Please make sure that you have completed your ERAS transcript request form before Friday.  

CUSHING:  End of Semester reminders-

Make sure all Smiles for Life certificates have been placed in your folder. 

All Observed H & P’s have been received.

Please bring all the hospital IV start papers to the SSO for your folder. 

Please return all your text books and needle-holders that were loaned to you for the semester. 

JACQUES:  Please gather all your graded H & P’s for OB/Gyn, Peds, and FM and make sure they are in your folder.   

Please review and complete all your required PXDX logs before the subject exam.  Make sure all Smiles for Life certificates are printed and certificates are in the folder. 

IMPORTANT UPCOMING CAREER COUNSELING DATES:

GTR#2-June/July/Aug.- Meetings with Dr. C for CV, Personal Statement, and Specialty choices discussion. 
GTR#3- Sept/Oct- Eastern Mock Interviews by appointment, or can participate in Morgantown or Charleston if rotating there when offered. 
GTR#4- Jan. 2016- Video Conference presentation available on all campuses: Match and SOAP review.
