Click here to access the FALL 2016 STUDENT HEALTH INSURANCE WAIVER. Fall Semester Enrolled students without an approved waiver on file by the waiver deadline of July 27th will be automatically enrolled in the WVU Aetna plan at a cost of $791 per semester.

MORGANTOWN CAMPUS BOOTCAMP! Review campus specific email arriving tomorrow with THE schedule.  Remember to bring beeper contract (attached with email) and Mountaineer ID with you on Monday.  Review schedule carefully.  

EASTERN CAMPUS BOOTCAMP DATES:

Boot Camp Schedules will be sent this week.   Please review so you can plan your week. 

For the first day- Please bring your white coat, and your personal health insurance card.  Please have your individual photo completed before 8:00am. 

Monday, Jun. 27th- First Day of Boot Camp

Friday- July 1, 2016- 12noon.  Last day of Boot Camp

Tuesday, July 5th- Clinical Rotations begin

Mid-Term Exams- Sept. 4, 11, 18

WV STEPS trip to Morgantown for Simulation Lab- Fri. Oct. 7th

Both Modules on trip.  Transportation provided.

STEP 1 COMPLIANCE:  Read your testing day instructions carefully; photo ID name must be identical to your NBME registration name; do not take “forbidden” items into the testing room even accidentally; leave all non-approved items in the testing center lockers.

What’s Happening – Charleston 

MANNA MEAL:  Saturday, June 25, 11:30 until 1:00 PM, St. John's Episcopal Church 1105 Quarrier Street. Bring stethoscopes, blood pressure cuffs, and any other diagnostic tools that you'd like. Also, everyone is welcome to bring a box of cereal, a jar of peanut butter, crackers, or any fresh or packaged food items you may have. Remember to complete modules and report completion.   Questions?  Lu Chen luchen@mix.wvu.edu
