EPIC DOWNTIME EXTENDED: The Epic environment which includes Epic SOM Train will be upgraded on December 10^,9:00 am, and will be done by Monday, December 12, at 8 am. There will be a downtime for this upgrade during this time-frame. Please make sure you do not try to open any of the icons within your Citrix environment during this time. Once Epic is upgraded and all has been tested successfully by the WVUH Team, WVU HSC ITS will e-mail that all is back online.
