Why did you choose WVU?
I fell in love with the area while here during undergraduate and medical school. My husband and I are very happy here.
What made you choose Dermatology?
In my third year of medical school, I developed a great interest in dermatology. Being able to see all ranges of ages really attracted me. I also was looking for a diverse field and training in dermatology involves becoming competent in medical dermatology, surgical dermatology, and dermatopathology.
What do you plan to do upon completion of your residency?
I am hoping to stay in the general area and practice as a general dermatologist.
What would you tell prospective residents about WVU and the Dermatology Residency?
Our program provides excellent training in a friendly environment.
